Dr. David Stockton is originally from rural Southwest Missouri. He and his wife Elaine have been in the Augusta area since 1996. Elaine is an elementary teacher for Richmond County. Formerly a store manager for the Wal-Mart Supercenter Division, David has been a full-time pastor since 2000. Brother David is an avid reader and enjoys playing golf when time permits. His ministry model is found in 1 Peter 5:1-3 that teaches pastors to be shepherds of the flock by leading and being an example.
Keith began serving as minister of music in October of 2013. He is married to Carla and they are both graduates of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Keith also sings with the Sons of Jubal, the Georgia Baptist men’s chorus. He enjoys cooking, reading, listening to music and traveling.
As a general manager for Wickes Lumber Co, Jay was transferred to the Augusta area in 2003 and met his wife Marianne shortly after arriving. He is currently the Purchasing and Estimating Manager for Ivey Residential in Evans. Jay became involved in youth ministry as a volunteer and has 10 years of experience in various leadership roles. Jay often plays guitar with the Under the Bridge Ministry Praise Band, and also enjoys reading, art, and visiting antique stores.
Emmi has been working as the Administrative Assistant at Damascus since June of 2011. She also became the church's Financial Secretary in January of 2013. She enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, daughter and their two dogs outdoors.
Dan has been working as the Custodian at Damascus for 20+ years. He also volunteers as a local firefighter and is a retired Dental Lab Technician from Fort Gordon. During his spare time he enjoys hunting, golf, woodworking, and volunteering.
